When do boxes ship and bill?

We try our best to ship boxes right around the 10th of each month. The billing takes place on the 21st of the month. This billing pays for the following months box. For example, if you receive your August box, you will then be billed on the 21st to pay for the September box.


How does the Welcome Box work?

We wanted to give new subscribers an option to receive their first box quickly if subscribing at the beginning of the month.

If you subscribe and choose the welcome box before the 21st of the month, you will be charged initially for your welcome box and then once again on the 21st to pay for the following month's box.

If you subscribe and choose the welcome box after the 21st of the month, you will be charged initially for your welcome box and once again on the last day of the month to pay for the following month's box.

If you choose to skip the welcome box, you will receive the next month's shipment along with all other subscribers.

When is the cutoff to receive the next months box?

The cutoff to ensure you receive the following months box is the final day of the previous month. For example, in order to receive the October box, you must sign up by the final day of September. There is the chance that we will have extra boxes ordered for a month. If that is the case, you may receive the box even if you sign up after the cutoff date.
 

Why only Month-to-Month plans?

The month-to-month plan makes it easier for us to manage and ensure we are giving subscribers the best box possible.  It  also allows subscribers to be more flexible in their  subscription. You  are able cancel at any point, as well as move between  levels any month  you would like.
 

Can I cancel?

You can cancel your subscription at any time throughout your time subscribed. The re-billing period takes place on the 21st of each   month. If you cancel before that date, you will not be billed for the   next month. If you cancel after that date, you will receive the next   box, and your subscription will end after that.
 

Do you ship International?

We currently ship to the contiguous United States. We are working to expand our shipping in the very near future.
 

What do I do if there are issues with my shipment?

If you run into issues with your shipment or product in your   box, please email info@huntershaul.com, and we will get with you   quickly.
 

Can I return items?

Unfortunately, we can't offer any sort of return. Since we buy all of our boxes to match the exact amount of subscribers we have for the month, we cannot accept any boxes back.
